Is your grandma Abuela? I have been selling this definition pillow almost a year, and I love when customers ask for special wording. Most don't get their own listing, but I should have thought of this one myself.
This is a wonderful pregnancy reveal gift.
The pillow is a tone on tone white. It is embroidered, not simply printed. Unlike fabrics like burlap, this one can be washed.
I make these in true etsy spirit. I buy my fabric by the bolt and bring to my smoke free home, I rough cut and embroider. Then cut to exact size and sew the cover.
The pillow is about 12 x 16" and comes with a zipper in the back. It also comes with the insert, so it's ready for giving, or display.
I am offering the option for a bleached white and natural osnaburg. I love this fabric, if you search my shop you'll see several examples of it. Its very natural and soft, some compare it to burlap or linen.
The osnaburg choices will have cotton backs.
Because I digitized this pillow, word changes are easy peasy. Tell Abuela something from your heart.
I also offer personalization for a whopping $3- that's right, add a date, or salutation- like Love, and your name or your children's.
Abuela won't get another gift like this. And unlike a card, she won't toss it. It'll be on display in her home.
Also search for other names I've done this pillow in -- GiGi, Nana, or just choose her name. I love customs.
If you need something rushed, please convo. I am in the Abuela pleasing business. I'll try my best to accomodate.
Whatever you choose, rest assured, its on the top of my mind when I create something that this is most likely a gift that you didn't just randomly choose. You probably looked thru lots of listings. And you chose mine. Making it with the same love as I'd make for my family is a responsibility I'm charged with.

Tell me about osnaburg
I love using osnaburg fabric. Its a natural heavily woven cotton. It has a nice texture that many compare to linen or burlap. Many of my designs are very dense, and it takes the stitches better than a flat fabric. Sometimes there is a random thread that doesn't take the color or bleach.Just like you'd see in linen or burlap. There aren't a lot of them, sometimes we won't see one in a project, other times you'll get one or two. They are super small, visualize a single thread woven in about an inch of the fabric. The fabric may also have a slub, this is not a snag, with a hole as if you snagged a sweater. Nature doesn't create cotton uniformly and most embrace the organic look. Neither are flaws.
