Send hugs from home to grandma, or your partner in a long distance relationship. You can't ask for a more personal gift than your handwritten message. Use your own words with your personal handwriting.

In the examples above, "mom", wrote the message and sent me the handwriting of the children to add. In the 2nd image, the children were just too young to write. So I typed the message in a child like font and put in the names.

Another image was a love letter my husband wrote to me in checking on the progress of our retirement home. He wanted to bring me back something, and thought instead of something from a store, he wanted something that took thought. He brought me a bag of sand, and a bag of dirt from the lot, our new home!

I then scanned the note and created this pillow. Its one of my favorite things!

That is exactly what I can do for you. You'll also see examples of items not "hugs" pillows. They are other handwriting pillows I've created and also available.

I do not have a limit on words as other sellers. However, not all writing can be scanned. I would be happy to review what you'd like created before you purchase, to determine if its suitable. I will enlarge it to fill the pillow. So you get a different look in some cases than a small piece of paper. But you will get the essence of the writing. Clear images work best, especially avoid shadows in the image.

Something as simple as a signature that you want to preserve makes a wonderful memory pillow.

Proofs are available -- I will send you a digital item to approve before you purchase at no charge when requested. The best images are those clear. But I've taken some images that clients have said "you probably can't do this" and made it happen.

This is made in true etsy spirit. Not only do I create the image as explained above, but the pillow case is made in my smoke free home. I bring the fabric home by the bolt, cut, apply the image using high heat and pressure and sew the cover.

There are three sizes to choose from. All include the insert so it's ready for giving. All have a zipper in the back.

You also have a choice of bleached cotton or natural osnaburg fabric. Its a wonderful cotton to work with, many compare it to burlap or linen. Many prefer it to burlap as it doesn't have the odor or fray-- and is certainly softer.

This is made to order, but I don't have a long turn around time. If you need it sooner, convo. I do not do rush fees, I either can or I can't. I'll be honest and let you know either way.
